Information on where and how to make court-ordered collections payments including fines, fees, and restitution to a victim. Members of the Division of Field Services manage the collections payment service for the Department.

Paying by Check or Money Order
When paying by check or money order, include the name and ID number of the offender printed legibly on them. Payment should be mailed to NHDOC, C/O Collections Unit, PO Box 3356, Concord, NH 03302.

The NH Department of Corrections partners with GTL to capture electronic collections payments. All service and technical questions on making payments via ConnectNetwork should be directed to GTL Customer Service.
