Fugitive of the Week, Heather Sue Dodge, In Custody

Concord, NH – The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announces the arrest of former Fugitive of the Week, Heather Sue Dodge. Dodge, 36, was wanted on a probation violation, stemming from underlying controlled drug act convictions: acts prohibited in that she knowingly had in her possession a schedule 1-4 controlled drug: fentanyl (NH RSA 318-B:2, I).

Dodge has been featured twice as the Fugitive of the Week, most recently on February 28, 2024. After receiving intelligence regarding Dodge’s whereabouts, NH Department of Corrections Division of Field Services Probation Parole officers, collaborated with Littleton Police Department and NH State Police to verify her presence at the reported location. Despite Dodge's initial refusal to exit the residence, law enforcement obtained consent from the homeowner to search the premises. Dodge was subsequently discovered in a bedroom and apprehended without further incident.

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections thanks the Littleton Police Department and NH State Police for their assistance with this case.

The Fugitive of the Week program was launched by the Department of Corrections in March of last year to encourage public assistance in locating individuals who have absconded from supervision. Each Wednesday, the Department shares information on a specific fugitive through various communications platforms, and with law enforcement through the New Hampshire Information and Analysis Center.
