Fugitive of the Week, Joshua Joseph Vazquez, In Custody

CONCORD, NH – The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announces that former Fugitive of the Week, Joshua Joseph Vazquez, 33, was taken into custody without incident. Vazquez was wanted on a probation violation stemming from an underlying conviction Reckless Conduct Deadly Weapon (NH RSA 631:3).

Vazquez was featured as the Fugitive of the Week on Wednesday, November 27, 2024. On December 12, 2024, Probation Parole Officer (PPO) Harrington arrested Vazquez with assistance from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, and the Manchester Police Department. Authorities observed an individual matching Vazquez’s description and conducted surveillance. Vazquez exited the house and was promptly taken into custody by PPO Harrington.

Vazquez is currently being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections where he awaits a bail hearing.

The Fugitive of the Week Program was launched by the Department of Corrections in March of 2023 and each Wednesday, the Department shares information on a specific fugitive through various communications platforms, and with law enforcement through the New Hampshire Information and Analysis Center.
