Hagy was wanted on a parole violation, related to underlying convictions of First- Degree Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Robbery, and Receiving Stolen Property. Hagy was highlighted in the Fugitive of the Week program on Wednesday April 16, 2025.

Shortly after the posting, Hagy was located and arrested by the Somersworth Police Department. An officer searching an apartment building for an unrelated subject encountered Hagy sitting in the stairwell, sifting through drug paraphernalia. The officer recognized Hagy and, upon checking for active warrants, confirmed his wanted status.
