Fugitive Of The Week, Harrison Hieu Duong, In Custody

Concord, NH – The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announces that Harrison Hieu Duong, previously featured as Fugitive of the Week, has been taken into custody.

Duong was wanted for a probation violation and was highlighted in the Fugitive of the Week program on May 7, 2025. On the evening of May 14, 2025, Duong was taken into custody by the Derry Police Department.

The Department of Corrections’ Probation Parole Officer (PPO) Vargas received a phone call indicating that Duong had sought services at a community resource center. Upon confirmation, PPO Vargas provided the warrant and Fugitive of the Week documentation to the Derry Police Department, who then placed Duong under arrest without incident. No new charges are pending at this time.

Duong is currently being held at the Rockingham County House of Corrections and will await a bail hearing on the probation violation warrant.

The Fugitive of the Week program, launched by the Department of Corrections in March 2023, shares information every Wednesday about individuals wanted on active warrants through various communications platforms. It engages the public and law enforcement agencies via the New Hampshire Information and Analysis Center. This collaborative approach continues to play a vital role in ensuring public safety and bringing fugitives to justice.
